So, the ones that I haven't done a detailed cleaning on, I still have. But, the ones I used to wear regularly and did a detailed cleaning with Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol 70% and a toothbrush literally melted; no joke. The plastic melted in my hands.So, clean them with something much less astringent; like soap and water and they will last forever. Mine are.
