At BodyJ4You, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Requirements
All returned merchandise must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns are accepted within 90 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, returns requested after 90 days will not be honored.

If you receive a defective item due to a manufacturer defect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order:

  • The item you wish to return
  • The condition of the item
  • The reason for return

We will respond within 24–48 business hours. Please note: we are closed on weekends and major U.S. holidays.

Return Instructions
Once your return is approved, you will be issued an RMA number with further instructions.

  • All items must be returned complete and in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Incomplete returns may be subject to additional charges.
  • BodyJ4You is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
